President and CEO

Tony Garces Mr. Tony Garces brings more than 30 years of experience in running organizations that achieve mission results. Since Mr. Garces founded GI, the company has worked with numerous Federal agencies to help create greater efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Mr. Garces is a highly versatile proactive leader with a passion to deliver, an excellent communicator, and a creative problem solver. He is committed to finding solutions and building strong, motivated teams focused on customer care.

Mr. Garces’ previous experience includes a distinguished 20 year U.S. Navy career. Following his naval career, he directed OPTIMUS Corporation’s Professional Services Division where he oversaw business mission support programs. As an expert in program management, risk assessment and operational services, he earned his MBA and received a certificate in “Implementing Successful Organizational Change” at the Center for Management Research, in Cambridge, MA for Senior Executives. Mr. Garces has been a keynote speaker on career development and transformation; and entrepreneurship at the Marine Wounded Warrior Breakfast at the Bethesda Medical Hospital. He is currently the President for the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA), George Washington Chapter.


Vice President and COO

Mr. Patrick Xantus brings over 15 years’ experience in the areas of program management, systems development, and management consulting for government and private industry. Mr. Xantus currently oversees all business operations for GI to include such customers as Air Force, Navy, Test Resource Management Center (TRMC), FAA and HUD. He has technical and management experience in the full lifecycle support of core technologies and large-scale initiatives such as knowledge management systems and data warehouses. Mr. Xantus employs a range of systems development methodologies, which include structured analysis, information engineering, software systems methodology, effective technical and human implementation of computer-based systems, structured systems analysis and design method, and object-oriented development approaches. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.  Among his accomplishments, Mr. Xantus is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and he is published in the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) Technology Brief.
